Our products are in beta or prototype stage. Product pages describe our current plans and test status. Features labelled In beta, Planned or Under evaluation are not guaranteed to ship.
Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or abusively.
Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Indicative prices are not offers. We open a pre-booking or order only once its price has been confirmed.
Pre-bookings
A pre-booking reserves a unit of a product that has not launched yet. The specific pre-booking terms shown at checkout apply, including the amount payable, the estimated delivery window and how to cancel and get a refund.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer.
