Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sonify AI Private Limited ("Sonify", "we") handles personal data when you use this website. It is drafted with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 in mind.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, phone number, profile picture (optional) and password. We never store your password itself; our authentication provider stores only a secure hash.
• Delivery addresses that you save.
• Order and pre-booking data: items, amounts, status and payment references. We do not receive or store full card or UPI credentials.
• Enquiries you send us.
• Analytics, only if you agree: page views recorded without IP addresses, with a visitor identifier that resets daily.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account, process pre-bookings and orders, deliver products, respond to enquiries, meet legal obligations and, with your consent, understand how the site is used.

Legal basis

We process data where you have given consent, or where it is needed for a purpose you would reasonably expect, such as fulfilling an order you placed, or where the law requires it.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the store, such as hosting, database, email delivery, payment and courier partners, and only as far as each needs it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Order records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Analytics events are deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data and withdraw consent. Most of this is self-service in Account → Privacy, where you can download your data or delete your account. You can also contact our Grievance Officer at the email address in the footer.

This store is for people aged 18 or over.

We will post changes on this page and update the date shown.
